Billing cycles — Academic Year 2025-2026
Regular weekly lessons are billed twice per school term. Invoices are due one week before the start of each cycle, and will have all regular lessons outlined on them. Holiday periods are billed separately, if you choose to continue during those breaks. To better support families in the Middle East during this period of uncertainty, parents may, if they wish, move to monthly billing for the remainder of the 2025–26 academic year, rather than continuing on the usual twice-termly billing cycle.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Our cancellation and reschedule policy allows students the flexibility to cancel or reschedule any lesson with at least 24 hours' notice before the start-time. If a student should ever need to cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours' notice, we assign catch-up work to assist in keeping up the learning momentum.
Refund Policy
For lessons that have not yet taken place, you may choose either of the following options for a refund, provided more than 24 hours' notice is given before the lesson's start time:
- Credit refund — receive the full amount as credit to your JTC account, for use against any future lessons or invoices.
- Card or bank refund — refund to your original payment method, subject to a 5% administrative fee.
Additional Notes
- If a student stops regular lessons at any point, we are unable to guarantee the same rate if they later wish to resume lessons.
- If payments are not received by their due date, the regular slot will automatically become open and bookable by other students.
- So long as one regular weekly lesson is maintained and paid on the above schedule with a given tutor, all additional one-off lessons with that tutor are provided at the discounted weekly rate.
