Refunds Policy

Our Refunds Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refunds Policy at any time.

REFUNDS POLICY

For one to one lesson

The booking can be canceled up to 24 hours before the lesson and the student will get a full refund.

If the booking is canceled in less than 24 hours then there will be no refund.

For Group lesson

Fees for group lessons are billed upfront basis on each school half-term. No refunds shall be applicable. All students that have paid for these group lessons will have access to a video recording of the group lesson, through Google Classroom

Unused credit on an account may be refunded (minus 20% service fee) at any time through contacting accounts@jtceducation.com . We request 14 days to process this refund.

In a determination to accomplish user satisfaction, if there is an issue, you can contact us for a refund or any other issues through our email enquiries@jtceducation.com.

UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

In case of any booking/order is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and www.jtceducation.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.

METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

REFUND CYCLE:

The complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of the refund.
