Lucy says: "As a tutor I focus on the interactive and multisensory aspects of studying music and encourage students to engage in listening and playing as well as reading."

In Lucy's spare time she enjoys enjoy cooking, learning languages and training with the University Athletics club.

Lucy studied music at the University of Cambridge and graduated with a double first-class honours in 2020. She is now a postgraduate student working towards an MPhil in Music Studies. Lucy plays piano alongside her studies and has performed at the BBC Prom and venues across Europe and the USA (including Carnegie Hall). Nevertheless, Lucy's long term plan involves moving towards education with a particular focus on one-to-one tuition as opposed to classroom teaching.
